Thai Red Chilli Basil Fizz

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Thai red chillies tops removed
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 3 oz gin
  • Ice
  • Club soda

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a shaker add the chillies, basil, gin and ice. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds.
  2. Pour flavoured gin through a strainer over ice in a highball glass.
  3. Garnish with basil and a whole chilli. Serve.
