Classic Carbonara with Zucchini Noodles

  • 6 slices of bacon cut into small pieces
  • 2 cloves of garlic whole smashed with a knife
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 medium sized zucchini spiralized or cut into noodles with a manolin
  • Salt and pepper


  1. In a large pan over medium-high heat, cook the bacon with the garlic cloves.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the egg yolks and parmesan together in a bowl.
  3. Once the bacon is cooked, add the zucchini noodles and sauté until softened.
  4. Add the cheese and egg mixture and toss. Serve with grated parmesan on top and salt and pepper to taste.


Also easily made with pasta!!!
