Spiced Apple Cider

As the days get colder and the days get shorter, snuggle up in something cozy and warm your insides with this Spiced Apple Cider. Flavored with cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and orange, it's perfect to sip now and all the way to the spring!

  • 4 cups apple juice
  • 1 large cinnamon stick
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger peeled and cut in half
  • 6 cloves or 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • Zest slices of half an orange
  • 1 apple sliced (for garnish)


  1. In a medium saucepan or pot bring all the ingredients to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Once boiling, reduce to low and let simmer with the lid on until fragrant.
  3. Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving with apple slices as a garnish.
